INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Any order shipped to any international destination is responsible for any import taxes or fees that may be billed by customs.

(a) All of tax(duty) payments and customs clearance(customs procedure) to import to your country is your responsibility. We cannot refund even if you could not clear customs(customs procedure) or the products return back to us due to your own Government Laws. (d) If you want to get back the credit over charged to your account by your mistake, we will give credit for your next order without refunding money in one year to use this credit. It means, we have to charge you first for all the product value cost and loss we incur even though we did not ship due to your wrong address or P.O.Box address. If you did not return call, email, fax us your real postal address we will charge product value to your credit card.
We will keep the products for shipment and give credit until you give us feed back in about three months and provide your correct address.
But if you do not reply and do not reach us with your real post mail address information by mail, fax or email during three months, we will void your credit and cancel your order without your acceptance. Of course we will not refund and credit back even if the order was cancelled due to your problem as above #5.
We will recover all our loss incurred from by charging to your credit card for all the cost that we spent on your order(cost of time, cost of space for keeping, cost of employee, cost of capital interest, and cost of losing business from other clients, cost of product value going down..., and including all costs for bringing merchandise for your order) happened due to your order problem.
(f) If our stock quantity is not enough for your order, we will ship what we have in stock first with partial charge for shipment value by modifying your order ourself.
If you want to add up or reduce something we will modify quantity and charge as you want ourself.
(g) If we over charged your credit card than shipment value by our mistake, we will refund money by company check or give credit back to your credit card account for over charged value.
(h) If your check bounced, you have to pay bounced fee $30.00 for each time. And if you do not pay immediately for that bounced check, we will charge you delay fee 10% of the check amount for each month.

You have to place over US$200.00 order and you have to pay shipping charge. If you want to order under $200.00, you have to pay $30.00 for extra handling charge and shipping charge.

You need to prepay by MONEY ORDER or CREDIT CARD including shipping charge. We will ship after the payment is cleared. We will charge for all shipping costs for any order from Salon, Retail Store or Importer.
There will be a extra $9.50 charge for UPS COD shipping if we agree UPS COD shipment specifically.
